Description :
To avoid oxidation and maintain quality, the grapes are harvested at night at low temperatures. The grapes are then pressed for a short time and the juice cleaned by decanting before entering a fermentation process of approximately 20 days. It's then aged on lees for three months, increasing the complexity and smoothness of the wine on the palate. During this period, about 15% of the wine is put in contact with French oak to enhance the final aromas and flavors.
Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections. It displays intense and complex aromas, with citrus notes of tangerine, preserved peaches and almonds. There are subtle hints of vanilla and cinnamon. This is a balanced, juicy and intense wine, with notes of fruit like white peach. Rich acidity with a refreshing aftertaste.
