Deliveries, Returns & Payments

 DELIVERIES 

  • Deliveries are usually carried out 24 to 48 hours 
  • All deliveries hold a 'Service fee' of 1.99€.
  • Deliveries are carried out between 10:00am and 5.30pm from Monday to Fridays 
  • 5€ Fee delivery for anything lower 50€.
  • Pick ups are free.

GOZO DELIVERIES

  • Deliveries for Gozo @ 10€ for 1st box (up to 12 bottles) + 2.5€ for each additional box. Delivered by a 3rd party courier.

PAYMENTS

  • Online Payments
  • Cash or Visa Card on delivery (Drivers carry a POS Machine)
  • Request a payment link

RETURNS 

  • We do not accept soft drinks, juices, water, beers, champagne, prosecco, white wine, rose wines, cigars, anything chilled or temperatures controlled.
  • Kindly return items to our warehouse in Mriehel (only items in good condition)

  • It is at the discretion of the management to accept or decline returns.

OTHER USEFULL INFORMATION

  • Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. 
  • Make sure the address you provide shows up on google maps
