Deliveries, Returns & Payments

🚚 DELIVERIES

  • Deliveries are usually carried out within 24 hours
    (In some cases, within 48 hours)
  • All deliveries incur a service fee of €1.99
  • Delivery times are Monday to Friday, between 10:00am and 5:30pm
  • A €5 delivery fee applies to orders below €50
  • Orders below €45 are not accepted
  • Pick-ups are free
  • Fast delivery service available anywhere Malta for €14.99 (not Gozo)

 

🚛 GOZO DELIVERIES

  • Gozo deliveries cost €10 for the first box (up to 12 bottles)
  • €2.50 for each additional box
  • Deliveries are carried out by a third-party courier

💳 PAYMENTS

  • Online payments
  • Cash or Visa card on delivery (drivers carry a POS machine)
  • Payment link available upon request

 

🔁 RETURNS

  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Soft drinks, juices, water
    • Beers
    • Champagne, prosecco
    • White wines, rosé wines
    • Cigars
    • Any chilled or temperature-controlled items

  • Accepted items must be returned to our warehouse in Mriehel
  • Items must be in good condition
  • All returns are subject to management approval

 

ℹ️ OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

 

  • Deliveries take place during normal business hours
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • We recommend delivering to an address where someone is available to receive the order
  • Please ensure the delivery address is visible on Google Maps
