Description : Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation then takes place for a period of 7 to 10 days in stainless steel vats. 60% of the wine is aged for 10 months in contact with French oak, and the rest is kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruit before the final result is achieved.
Bright ruby red in color, with notable aromas of black cherry, cloves, coffee beans and spices. In the mouth, it has good structure and acidity, highlighting flavors of cassis, black plum and nutmeg. The tannins are elegant, and the finish is long and persistent.
