Description: This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Vermentino. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this exceptionally balanced, pure wine from Sella & Mosca. In Sardinia, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on granite soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Monteoro Vermentino di Gallura can continue to harmonize on the fine yeast for a few months.
