Description: Toasted pineapple on the nose – quite lush. On the palate, racy acidity and good power. lemon and lime, very thick and creamy; it has lovely fruit extension and bursting acidity on the finish.
Appearance: Shiny, golden yellow. Aroma: Peach, citrus, and sweet spices. Flavor: Fresh, ripe fruit flavors with a pleasant attack and beautiful persistence.
100% malolactic fermentation. Aged 11 months without racking. Weekly lees stirring. 25 to 30% new wood (origin: Cher, Allier, Vosges). Estate bottling with fining and/or filtration following trials.
