Description: Strong, elegant and beautiful wine Domaine JM Boillot, Bourgogne Pinot Noir is born in the heart of the Gold Coast of France, in the estate of Pommard, famous for its exclusive wines. It is created from the legendary French grape varieties - Pinot Noir, which provided a global reputation of Burgundy wines. Vintage 2011 is filled with aromas of red fruits and age there are secondary colors of the earth, smoke and truffles.
Sorted grapes are fermented for 18-21 days in closed tanks with limited access of oxygen, without interfering in the process. Further malolactic fermentation is replaced by aging in oak barrels, 30% of which - the new, for 16 months.
The wine is quite dark purple color.
