Description:
You never imagined that fermenting selected 100% Tinta del País grapes and monitoring their temperature would produce such a wine.
Aging: 6 months in American oak barrels and another 6 in the bottle until it hits the market.
Look: its cherry red color with a purple rim.
Aroma: subtle aromas of red fruits with a background of hints of vanilla from the wood.
Its taste: drink it at 15 -16 °C to not miss its fruity nuances, leaving a long and elegant sensation.

• Eggs: in any of its varieties or in an omelette.
• Legumes: white beans with chorizo, Asturian fabada, black beans and all kinds of stews.
• Fish: tuna with tomato, cod, tuna with tomato or onion, marmitako.
• Cheese: pairs very well with any semi-cured cheese.
