Description: The Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon presents attractive cherry and plum fruit notes, rounded out by hints of fresh herbs, earth and pipe tobacco. This classic Cabernet exhibits good flavor concentration and full body. Although ready to drink now, Gamla Cabernet should improve in the bottle in the coming few years, and will age nicely for some six to eight years from harvest. Enjoy the wine with a beef rib roast, braised lamb shanks, or grilled mushroom skewers.
