Description: William Fevre Chablis is a white wine aged on lees and made by Domaine William Fevre in the AOC Chablis denomination, with Chardonnay, one of the star varieties of Burgundy (France).
Domaine William Fevre is one of the most prestigious wineries in Chablis. It has been run since 1998 by Didier Seguier, one of the most powerful white winemakers in Burgundy. He works 16 hectares of Grands Crus to produce world-renowned, fresh and mineral wines.
William Fevre Chablis comes from vines planted on Kimmeridgian soils. These terroirs have ancient marine sediments that provide extraordinary finesse and minerality. The vines are cultivated using traditional agriculture with a detailed understanding of the conditions of the terroir.
This wine has received many highly positive reviews for different vintages from Robert Parker, Jancis Robinson, Tim Atkin and Jasper Morris.
