Description: William Fèvre Chablis is a white wine aged on lees and made by Domaine William Fèvre in the AOC Chablis denomination, with Chardonnay, one of the star varieties of Burgundy (France).
Domaine William Fèvre is one of the most prestigious wineries in Chablis. It has been run since 1998 by Didier Séguier, one of the most powerful white winemakers in Burgundy. He works 16 hectares of Grands Crus to produce world-renowned, fresh and mineral wines.
William Fèvre Chablis comes from vines planted on Kimmeridgian soils. These terroirs have ancient marine sediments that provide extraordinary finesse and minerality. The vines are cultivated using traditional agriculture with a detailed understanding of the conditions of the terroir.
