Whether it brings you sadness or relief, we can confirm that this is not the case. The team at the Caffo Distillery in Italy has turned up the heat for this expression of its Vecchio Amaro Del Capo liqueur! The traditional recipe of Calabrian herbs and roots is bolstered by the addition of Calabrian chilli pepper, bringing some fiery heat to the mix. It's recommended to serve this liqueur is -20°C to bring out its full character, we reckon it would add some welcome heat to cocktails too.
