Tomatin 15 Year Old Bottling Note
15 year old Highland single malt from a range that Tomatin originally released for the Travel Retail market. This expression was exclusively matured in American oak casks, which have imparted plenty of toffee-coated fruit, cedar spice and fresh floral notes.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Cut oak, melon, honey and barley.
Palate: Continued barley-forward vanilla-y/earth-y notes, while caramel, apple and orange blossom sit in the background.
Finish: Cassia, white peppercorn, pear drops.
