Description: Montefalco Sagrantino Colle alle Macchie Tabarrini; If Tabarrini wines are considered extreme, this label is even more so! Daughter of rather deep clayey soils and a splendid southern exposure, it comes from grapes of exceptional ripeness. The resulting wine ages only in French oak barrels and for long months in the bottle. Muscular and powerful red, incredibly complex, with a large but very fine tannic texture and absolute longevity.
