Perhaps you were already familiar with the Sweet Heat Hot Honey, but this is an extra spicy version: Sweet Heat Extra Hot Honey. If you’ve never had a hot honey you won’t know what you’re missing , because the golden combination of sweet and spicy turns out great. The heat comes from Madame Jeanette & red peppers and in this ‘Extra Hot’ version an extra large dose of Madame Jeanette is used. Very versatile, but especially on pizza, ribs, fried chicken (in combination with a waffle to top it off) and with cheese this spicy honey is really great.
