Description: Studio By Miraval is a rose created in homage to the studio where the band Pink Floyd recorded their song The Wall.
Wine can be a good aperitif rose with fruity notes. Its iodized finish will take you directly to the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.
It is a blend of grape varieties with Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Tibouren. The vinification is done by direct pressing and is adapted to each grape variety. The Cinsault and Tibouren grapes are vinified in stainless steel vats, while the Grenache and Rolle grapes are partially vinified in a tulip-shaped concrete vat with a rounded bottom. This shape allows for a natural convection movement that puts the lees in suspension, which is similar to batonnage.
