We noticed that the white wines of the Douro still young would bring other forms of expression of our terroirs. The almost endless combinations of soil, altitudes, exhibitions and grape varieties have been tried, adjusted, tuned, customized and bottled.
This is where we start: Grapes of small farmers, distinct terroirs, small and really special plots. It was in the Douro and Quinta Nova that we learned that within the expression of the Pomares it fits each of the aromatic nuances, flavors and textures of each of the vineyards that gave birth.
In an explosion of aromas to meadow flowers, the green Reineta Apple and the peach of vines, balanced by the intense flavor of white pulp fruits, the lime, vibrant, fresh and very long.
