PRODUCTION
The grape is completely de-stemmed and the fermentation takes place with prolonged over-pumping in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It is then aged in oak casks for 4 years.
TASTING NOTES
he Late Bottled Vintage from Osborne presents itself in a dark ruby red in the glass, revealing the classic aromas of port. On the palate, this port is sweet, with subtle flavors of currants, raisins and plums. Accompanying these notes are vanilla and wood.
STORAGE
As a general rule, in well-ventilated places, away from sources of heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
OUR RECOMMENDATION
Preferably drunk as an aperitif or after meals. We recommend drinking it in the first 2 years.
Serving temperature: Between 15-17°C, but also perfect for drinking cool, between 8-12°C
