The grape is completely de-stemmed and the fermentation takes place with prolonged over-pumping in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It is then aged in oak casks for 4 years.
A blondish-red appearance, bright with good legs. In the nose it is a slightly aged wine which promotes the release of well-developed secondary aromas. In the mouth, a sweet and very balanced wine.
As a general rule, in well-ventilated places, away from sources of heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
Preferably drunk as an aperitif or after meals. We recommend drinking it in the first 2 years.
Serving temperature: Between 15-17°C, but also perfect for drinking cool, between 8-12°C
