PRODUCTION
The grape is completely de-stemmed and the fermentation takes place with continuous over-pumping in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It is then aged in oak casks for 20 years.
TASTING NOTES
Bright, orange-tinged, with yellow glints. In the nose, very well aged, of an excellent intensity, with a mixture of aromas of honey and hazelnut. In the mouth, very complex and balanced, with a very long finish.
STORAGE
As a general rule, in well-ventilated places, away from sources of heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
OUR RECOMMENDATION
A wine to be drunk at any time of day. A good accompaniment for dried fruit and nuts or cheeses, and also desserts, tarts or just a coffee. Serving temperature: between 15/17°C, but also perfect for drinking cool, between 8/12°C.
