Grape variety: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca.

Average Age: 10 years.
Alcohol content: 20º.
PRODUCTION
The grape is completely de-stemmed and the fermentation takes place with continuous over-pumping in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It is then aged in oak casks, for 10 years.
TASTING NOTES
Bright, with an orange tinge, clear, with pronounced legs. In the nose, a subtle aroma of almond and walnut, very complex and persistent. In the mouth, sweet and extraordinarily fine.
STORAGE
As a general rule, in well-ventilated places, away from sources of heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
OUR RECOMMENDATION
A wine to be drunk at any time of day. A fine accompaniment for dried fruit and nuts, chocolate or just a coffee.
Serving temperature: between 17/18°C, but also perfect for drinking cool, between 8/12°C.
