Big Peat The Winter Edition 2025 is a bold Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky from Douglas Laing, bringing together smoky Islay malt with a rich Madeira wine cask finish. Bottled naturally at 53.6% ABV, it combines intense peat smoke and maritime character with sweeter notes of salted caramel, vanilla, molasses and citrus.

Nose: Sweet malt, sea air, salted caramel, vanilla and intense Islay peat.
Palate: Molasses, crème brûlée, burnt orange peel, coal dust and bold smoky peat.
Finish: Long and smoky, with citrus, sea salt and warm earthy embers.
