Descriptions: is a premium dry Riesling from the Mosel region of Germany, produced by the renowned Weingut Nik Weis – St. Urbans-Hof. Classified as a Grosses Gewächs (GG), it comes from a top single vineyard and is made from old Riesling vines, fermented spontaneously and aged mainly in stainless steel to preserve purity and precision. The 2022 vintage shows an elegant aromatic profile with notes of white flowers, lime, grapefruit, white peach and a distinctive slate-driven minerality typical of Mosel terroir. On the palate it is dry, fresh and structured, with vibrant acidity, citrus and yellow-fruit flavours, and a long, slightly salty mineral finish; with around 12% alcohol and excellent balance, it pairs beautifully with seafood, fish, Asian cuisine and goat cheese, and also has good ageing potential.
