Description:
White winemaking, soft pressing, and pure fermentation at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation and natural fermentation in an autoclave for approximately 50 days at 12–13°C.

Perfume:Fruity, aromatic, and enveloping; notes of ripe white peach and pear accompanied by distinct nuances of jasmine.
Taste:Velvety and intense, with a perfect balance between acidity and sugars. The complex structure enhances and completes the harmonious flavor.Aftertaste:persistent and very pleasant with hints of ripe fruity notes.
