Highland Park Dragon Bottling Note
An altogether smokier-than-normal addition to the Highland Park range, Dragon Legend shows off their peaty elements cleanly and clearly, alongside sweeter hints from the sherry-cask-matured portion of the expression.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Cut grass, roasted vanilla pod and a hint of mulled wine.
Palate: A robust core of heather-y, earthy smoke arrive straight away, with peppercorn, mince pie and oily malt in tow.
Finish: Notes of dried citrus and toasted barley linger, but the finish doesn't drag on too long (get it?).
