Glengoyne's 15 year old strikes the perfect balance between sweet bourbon cask character and rich, fruity sherry notes. There isn't a peep of peat to be found in this Highland single malt Scotch whisky, which uses air-dried barley in its kilning process.

NoseHints of candied lemon and a touch of butterscotch. Creamy cereal sweetness and dried fruits, with Demerara sugar.
PalateOily, rich palate entry with notes of toffee popcorn, salted butter and hints of ground walnuts. Allspice and lemon rinds, and baked apple.
FinishOaky, malty finish.
