Description: Pale yellow coloured cava with greenish tones, bright. Abundant, fine, persistent and highly integrated bubbles. On the nose is fine and delicate aromas, predominantly green fruit tones (apple, pear), slight nuances of ripe tropical fruit (banana, pineapple notes), citrus and fresh herb backgrounds. On the palate is fresh on the palate, good carbonic behaviour, wide flavours the notes of green fruit and citrus appear again.
