Description: Ferruccio Sgubin Cabernet Franc Collio 750 ml is an Italian red wine from the Collio DOC in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes; it shows a bright ruby color with aromas of red berries, cherry, subtle herbal notes, and light spice, followed by an elegant, well-structured palate with balanced tannins and fresh acidity, achieved through controlled fermentation and aging partly in stainless steel and partly in large oak barrels, making it a refined, medium- to full-bodied wine that pairs well with grilled meats, roasted dishes, pasta with rich sauces, and aged cheeses, best served at 16–18 °C.
