GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Garganega
FLAVOR: Dry
WINEMAKING: After pressing, the must is cooled to 12°C to preserve its aroma. Fermentation lasts about a week at a controlled temperature of 15°C. 50% matures for 10 months in French oak barrels, the remainder in stainless steel tanks. The final blend is obtained by adding 15% Soave Superiore from the previous harvest. It is then aged for a further 3 months.
COLOR: Straw yellow color with golden reflections.
FRAGRANCE: Notes of citrus fruits and white fruit
TASTE: On the palate, it is a wine with an enveloping and velvety taste with a hint of peach.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Excellent with risottos, seafood and white meat.
