Description: Chablis Village is obtained from vines on Kimmeridgian soil between 15 and 55 years old. Classic vinification in thermoregulated vats and maturation in stainless steel vats. Fresh, floral aromas, apples, apricots and peaches plus a complex and rich mineral character, derived from the subtle influence of the limestone soils of the vineyards. Fermentation and maturation take place to preserve the fresh aromas in stainless steel and the finish is citrusy, balanced and lively.
