Description: The Domaine Gautheron Chablis 1er Cru Les Fourneaux is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grown on the steep slopes of the Les Fourneaux vineyard in the Chablis region. It shows a pale golden hue and delicate aromas of tropical fruits, mango and apricot, mingled with floral notes and hints of lemongrass. On the palate it’s rich yet fresh, with lemon-bright precision, a firm mineral backbone, and a clean, saline inflected finish. The alcohol content is 13% ABV.
