Haig Dimple 15yo 43% Bottling Note
A 1 litre bottling of 15 year old Haig Dimple blended Scotch whisky, bottled at 43% ABV (which you're much more likely to found over in the States than on these shores - it'd likely be called Dimple Pinch over there, too).
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Well-spiced, with notes of caramel apple and a subtle slight wisp of smoke.
Palate: A thin layer of honey on sourdough bread, developing into notes of digestive biscuits and more subtle fruit.
Finish: Quite short. Lingering touches of smoke and honey.
