Description: The Langhe Nebbiolo Disanfrancesco by Roberto Voerzio comes from Nebbiolo grapes from the San Francesco Fontanazza vineyard, located in the municipality of La Morra.
The harvest takes place at the end of September. In the cellar the fermentation is carried out in steel. An aging of 12 months in tonneaux and 8 months in steel completes the production process.
It shows a bright ruby red color in the glass. The aromatic profile is fruity, played on the notes of cherry, raspberry and currant. A beautiful freshness supports the body and balances it perfectly.
Surprising in combination with stewed meats, it elegantly accompanies risottos with mushrooms and game.
