Description: Brimming with candied lemon and fresh pomelo aromas. Very attractive interplay of discrete fruit, flinty character and fine tannins on the quite sleek, medium-bodied palate. Remarkable mineral character in the finish for the humble appellation. A cuvee that is half from domaine vineyards in the Cote Chalonnais and half from the Cote d'Or. Matured primarily in oak casks, plus a smaller part in stainless steel.
