The origin of ADAMVS BAGACEIRA MARC BRANDY dates back to distant times in the history of Portugal. After 4 generations of producing traditional Bagaceira Brandy, the time has come to also produce a cachaça that combines the best of a traditional Bagaceira, with more modernist details, and without losing the soul of a pure Portuguese cachaça and specifically from Bairrada. The best grape marc was selected from the vinification of the best Baga from Bairrada wines, and the entire vinification and maturation process was carefully monitored. Several distillations, slow and detailed, were carried out in copper vases, by direct steam dragging, and the best distillates were selected, either in test or analytically in the laboratory.
