Clémentin de Pape Clément blanc 2018 comes from a vineyard located in the Pessac Leognan appellation . Clémentin de Pape Clément blanc 2018 is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (83%), supplemented by Sémillon (15%) and Sauvignon Gris (2%).
The vintage is vinified with whole-berry pressing. The juices are drained by gravity, directly from the press into barrels. The wines are aged on fine lees in French oak barrels and in cement eggs.
