Description: Château Pavie Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Premier Grand Cru Classé 2010 (75 cl) is an exceptional, full-bodied red wine from the prestigious Saint-Émilion appellation of Bordeaux, France. Made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, it displays a deep, intense ruby-garnet colour and a complex bouquet of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry and plum, enriched by delicate notes of violet, liquorice, spice, cedar, truffle and earthy undertones. On the palate, it is powerful, concentrated and beautifully structured, with layers of dark fruit, firm yet velvety tannins, balanced acidity and remarkable depth. Its long, elegant finish reveals lingering notes of spice, dark fruit and mineral complexity. A distinguished wine with excellent ageing potential, best enjoyed with premium cuts of beef, roast lamb, venison and mature cheeses. Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Alcohol content: approximately 14.5% ABV, subject to confirmation on the bottle label.
