Description: Château La Gaffelière Saint-Émilion Premier Grand Cru Classé B 2020 (75 cl) is a prestigious Bordeaux red wine crafted from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc. It displays a deep purple-red colour and an expressive bouquet of black cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe plum, complemented by notes of liquorice, dark chocolate, violet, mint and subtle mineral nuances. On the palate, it is concentrated yet elegant, with silky, finely structured tannins, fresh acidity and layers of rich dark fruit, finishing long with refined spice and mineral complexity. Matured in French oak barrels, this distinguished wine offers excellent ageing potential and pairs beautifully with roast lamb, premium beef, venison and mature cheeses. Best served at 16–18°C; decant for approximately two hours before serving. Grape varieties: Merlot (60%) and Cabernet Franc (40%). Alcohol content: approximately 14% ABV.
