Description: Château de Camensac  is a distinguished red Bordeaux, classified as a 5ᵉ Grand Cru Classé. This vintage blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, offering a deep garnet color, aromas of blackcurrant, violet, and subtle spice, and a medium-to-full-bodied palate with fine tannins and a long, elegant finish. Scoring around 92–93 points by critics, it has excellent ageing potential, improving over the next decade. It pairs beautifully with roasted meats, lamb, game, or mature cheeses, reflecting the classic style of Left-Bank Bordeaux wines.

Château de Camensac 2019 (Haut‑Médoc, France) pairs beautifully with rich, savory dishes that complement its structured tannins and dark fruit character. It works particularly well with roasted or grilled red meats, such as ribeye, lamb, or duck, as well as slow-cooked stews like beef bourguignon or hearty cassoulet. Game meats, including venison and wild boar, also match the wine’s depth, while earthy dishes featuring mushrooms or truffles enhance its aromatic complexity. For cheese lovers, aged hard cheeses like Comté or Gouda, and charcuterie boards with cured meats and pâtés, provide a classic pairing that balances the wine’s elegance and body. Serving slightly cool and decanting before rich dishes can bring out its full flavor potential.
