Description: Château Canon Saint-Émilion Premier Grand Cru Classé 2014 (75 cl) is a distinguished Bordeaux red wine from the limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion, France. Crafted from 72% Merlot and 28% Cabernet Franc, it displays a deep ruby colour and an expressive bouquet of ripe blackberry, blackcurrant and cherry, complemented by delicate floral aromas of rose and peony, cedar, spice, cocoa and subtle earthy mineral notes. On the palate, it is elegant and beautifully balanced, combining concentrated fruit flavours with refined, silky tannins, fresh acidity and a smooth, harmonious texture. Matured in French oak barrels, it develops additional layers of spice and toasted notes, leading to a long, polished finish. This sophisticated wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, premium beef, duck and mature cheeses. Best served at around 16–18°C; decanting for 2–3 hours can help reveal its aromatic complexity. Grape varieties: Merlot (72%) and Cabernet Franc (28%). Alcohol content: 14% ABV
