anCnoc 12 Bottling Note
Knockdhu renamed their whiskies anCnoc to avoid confusion with the nearby Knockando distillery. This 12 year old exhibits a gentle, non-sherried style of whisky.
AnCnoc 12 years is a Scotch whiskey from Speyside. This whiskey has a fairly strong character. Thanks to the slightly sweet and slightly smoky taste, the whiskey is popular with both novice whiskey drinkers and experienced gourmets. On the nose, the whiskey is very aromatic with notes of honey and lemon. In the mouth, the whiskey starts with a sweetness, after which the taste becomes fruity and lasts for a long time in the aftertaste. The whiskey is characterized by a slightly smoky undertone.
