Amaro Ramazzotti Bottling Note
Created by Ausano Ramazzotti in 1815, Ramazzotti can be an apertif or digestive. Made from fruits, roots, spices and medicinal herbs, Ramazzotti is a sweet and strong drink for when conventional drinks won't cut the mustard.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Herbaceous and spicy with orange creeping in.
Palate: Bitter yet sweet, the balance between these two extremes is well held.
Finish: The bittersweet tango continues and concludes with a hit of ginger on the finish.
Overall: A lovely alternative to the more traditional apertifs and digestives.
