Glenmorangie 19yo Finest Bottling Note
Initially released to travel retail in 2017, Glenmorangie 19 Year Old Finest Reserve was left undisturbed for 19 years in select slow-growth American white oak bourbon casks, before it was bottled at 43% ABV. A smooth, creamy and fruity expression, fabulous stuff from the Highland distillery.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Fresh aromas of mint and eucalyptus, citrus zest and hints of sugar cane with peaches and vanilla cream.
Palate: Smooth and creamy, with fruity sweetness from apple, pear and orange zest, sweet dried apricot alongside toffee and a touch of menthol returning.
Finish: Mint persists, with toffee sweetness intertwined with oak tannins and orange blossom.
